In our rushed and artificial society it’s hard to get all the raw foods with their rich and sparkling content of life enzymes, vitamins and minerals, let alone the so-often dreaded greens that are not only bursting with healing and nourishing properties but are also the lowest calorie and nutrient-dense food on the
planet. And let’s face it, vitamin pills don’t offer us a comprehensive solution….
